AGM – Tuesday 26 July
To all OCTC Members, Family and Friends
Welcome to the 2016/17 season, before we know it we will be back in the crystal clear waters of Lake Canobolas! To ensure the future and ongoing success of OCTC we require a strong, motivated and committed committee and support group. Next Tuesday 26 July 2016 is the club AGM, this is your opportunity to contribute to the success of OCTC and guide the club into the future.
The club structure is a committee of 10 made up of-:

The committee meets every month, with all committee members having an equal say in the direction of the club. All committee members have a specific role and work on special projects throughout the year as required.
This year we will be asking for additional support from club members to assist on special projects as needed to share the burden of a very large and active club. For example-:
- State Club Championship Planning
- 100% Events Co-ordination
- Equipment maintenance
- Race planning and operations
- Volunteer coordinator
- Sponsorship liaison
- Fund raising coordinator
