Cowra Interclub – 12 March
Cowra Interclub is hosting the final round of the Interclub series for the 2016/17 season on March 12. Please note that there was a date change for this event earlier in the season due to a clash with the Newcrest Challenge cycle event in Orange. There is a course for any age or ability to compete in.

8am – Kids & beginners
8.30am – Enticer race
9.30am – Interclub race
Distances:
Kids course – run the length of the little pool or swim across the big pool | 600m ride | 400m run
Beginners course – 50m swim | 2km ride | 800m run
Enticer course – 200m swim | 8km ride | 2km run
Interclub course – 2km run | 200m swim | 8km ride | 200m swim | 8km ride | 2km run
