Cowra Interclub
Jeremy Ryan from Cowra has sent through the following information on the upcoming Interclub race. Cowra are great hosts and its always a great day even if it is a bit hot for us Orangites.
If you haven’t done an Interclub before this is a great beginner race with the grand prix format.
“Just a quick message to let you know what is happening with the Cowra interclub, on Sunday 1st of December. Everything will be pretty much as it has been in previous years.
We will have a
7-9 yrs race, 50m swim, 2km flat bike, 800m run.
10-12 yrs race 100m swim, 4.5km bike, 1km run.
We will do 7-9yrs first starting at 8.10am, after this is done around 8.25am we will start 10-12 yrs.
Open race will be exactly as we have done in the past 2km run, 200m swim, 9km bike, 200m swim, 9km bike, 2km run.
This will start at no later then 9am, we have to start this on time as we are limited to the time we have the pool. Rego will be from 7.30am.
Cost is as per amounts we decided at meeting-
$15 if member of Tri NSW or $25 if not.
Kids, under 18, $5 if Tri NSW member $10 if not.”
