Summer Training Day, Long Course, Sprint, Super Sprint, Ladies Dash and Guppy Squad
Swim – Ride – Run at Gosling Creek 8am.
Swim 300m, 750m or 1500m
Ride – 2.2km internal loop or 23km, 46km, 69km
Run a 1.2km or 2.2km loop at your own pace for as many laps 2.2km, 4.6km, 8.8km or 11plus km
Ladies Dash Training – 200m swim using flipper and floats, 6.6km internal bike, walk or run 1.2km loop
Guppy Squad welcome
First group will leave at 8am.
