First training event of the season is a Ride Run training set at Gosling Creek

  • 23km or 46km bike ( one loop or two) self  seeded bunches or individual TT
  • Run a 1.2km loop at your own pace for as many laps ( 2.4km, 4.6km, 8.8km)

First group will leave at 10am.
