Breaking of the Ice and Training Duathlon – This Sunday 25/10/2020

9.30am 25/10: There will be members of the Club attending Gosling Creek this morning for training. The weather is not the best for cycling so please be cautious and consider your safety. It is acceptable to participate in the run only, should you choose to do so. See you at Gosling Creek!

 

A second attempt at theĀ  ‘Breaking of the Ice’ event will be held on Sunday 25th October 2020.

Breaking of the Ice will be proceeded by the Club Duathlon training event which will have a format similar to our previous training event:

Two duathlon distances – First wave (Juniors) to start at 11am:
1) 400m run, 2.2 km bike 800m run, (and 6 legs for bigger kids)
2) 1.2km run, 8.8km bike, 2.4 km run for the main event
Straight after seniors race, we will “Break the Ice”.
There will be no charge as its a training day.
Members are encouraged to download the Service NSW app. All in attendance will be required to register on the Club’s COVID QR code.
