Orange Aquatic Swim Club – Summer Swim Squad
Masters – Triathlon Summer Swim Squad
A coach will be on pool deck or in the water with every squad
All levels catered for – over 15 years of age.
Masters – Triathlon swimming timetable with Orange Aquatic Club are:
Monday 6am to 7:30am
Tuesday 6pm to 7:30pm (evening)
Wednesday 6am to 7am (1 hour)
Saturday 6:15am to 7:30am
Saturday session will be indoors and the others outdoors.
All sessions will have 4 lanes dedicated for the Master – Triathlon squad except Monday when will share 4 lanes with our gold squad
Squad Fees would be around $230 for the Summer (plus entry fees).
Come to any sessions that fit – just once a week or more fine.
Focus on freestyle with a mixture of aerobic – threshold and skills session.
Final sessions will depend upon Squad numbers.
All levels catered for and fine if need to get out early.
