WRAS Orientation
The Western Region Academy Sport (WRAS) held their annual orientation for all sports, including triathlon. OCTC has 10 members of the WRAS tri squad, including Lauren Kerwick, Marnie Lenehan, Charlotte Simmons, Jessie Dean, Xanthe Keegan, Connor Whiteley, Jack Bilton, Sam Broadley, Ethan Buesnel & Tom Tudor. These athletes attended a variety of workshop to help them become better triathletes which included run technique and strength & conditioning. We look forward to watching these young athletes progress.
