Central West Interclub series – Orange – Sunday 16th February
Registration 7:30am – All registrations and payments will be online. Please register before Sunday to help out the timing team. Competitors need to sign a Participants Agreement and collect timing chip 15mins before race.

RACES
Zoom 8.15am – medals will be presented to our Zoom finishers
Run 500m – Ride 2.2km – Run 500m – Ride 2.2km – Run 500m (Do 3 legs or all 5 legs) Course – internal
Sprint 9am
Run 2.2km (1 lap) – Ride 22km (External – Airport loop) – Run 4.4km (2 laps)
Super Sprint 9.05am
Run1.1km (1 lap) – Ride14km (External – Hiney Road loop) – Run 2.2km (2 laps)
Prizes
The tradition of a ‘bag of Oranges’ will be on offer for the Sprint podium winners.
Random Prizes – Lucky dip of cash prizes (variety of dollars)
Schools Trophy for most participated school.
BBQ Sausage sizzle, drinks and water melon
