Distances on offer:
Kids:
Swim 50m / Ride 2.4km / Run 600m (1 lap) or
Swim 100m / Ride 4.8km / 1.2km Run (2 laps)
Super Sprint:
Swim 200m / Ride 4.8km / Run 1.2km (or 2.4km as an extra)
Sprint:
Swim 500m / Ride either 14.4km (12 small laps) or 16.8km (7 big laps) / Run 3.6km

In keeping with tradition – Breaking of the Ice will take place after racing on this day.
