Ironman Melbourne 70.3 Success
Last Sunday a few Piranha members flew south for the Ironman 70.3 Melbourne event and performed so well that after a 1.9km swim, 90km bike and 21.1km run that they found themselves on the podium.
Congratulations to Cas Ingham (2nd) and Julie Middleton (3rd) in their respective age groups.Well done ladies.
Well done also to Kim Dale who just missed out on the podium with a 4th placing in her age group. A remarkable effort given that 7 days earlier Kim and Janet Martin rode into Dubbo after 9 days on the epic Zoo2Zoo ride from Melbourne to Canberra and onto Dubbo.
