Racing this weekend: 14/11- long and short course options
Participants must provide their own support – nutrition, spares etc. There will be no ‘support’ provided, other than the friendly comradery from fellow participants.
Short Course – 1 lap of each discipline
500m swim / 22km bike / 5km run
Mid Course – 2 laps of each discipline
1000m swim / 44km bike / 10km run
Long Course – 3 laps of each discipline
1500m swim / 66km bike / 15km run

Club members – Free
Non-Club members – Short Course, $10 / Mid Course, $20 / Long Course, $30

Short Course events (internal course)
Kids:
Swim 50m / Ride 2.4km / Run 600m (1 lap) or
Swim 100m / Ride 4.8km / 1.2km Run (2 laps)
Super Sprint:
Swim 200m / Ride 4.8km / Run 1.2km (or 2.4km as an extra)
Sprint:
Swim 500m / Ride either 14.4km (12 small laps) or 16.8km (7 big laps) / Run 3.6km
