Twilight races at Goz held in perfect conditions
With Sundays in November full, our club held a twilight race card last evening (Fri 24 Nov). Earlier storms cleared for perfect conditions in the late afternoon. Lots of photos already on Facebook to check out. A big welcome to new members Tim Warren (pictured) and Eddie Feeney who did their first triathlons in the Enticer race. Well done fellas and a big welcome.
In the Enticer, Ollie Chandler-Sullivan led from go to woe to zip around the course, just ahead of mum Penny and Tim.
In the Super Sprint, Ethan Buesnel adopted a similar strategy to Ollie in the earlier race and lead from swim, through bike and on the run. Tom Tudor was only 20s behind and dad Phil another minute or so behind his son. We’ve got a few junior burgers pipping their parents!
Great to see some returns like Clarissa Lark, Richard Hogg, and the continued battle of the Dans, Miller and Benton. Next events to be on the look out for are:
