External course – 8:30am start

Swim 500m / Ride 28.0km / 4.4km Run (4 laps)
Internal course – 10.30am start (Can be done individually or as a team)

Swim 500m/Bike 14.0km/Run 4.4km

Non Members – $5 for short course – $10 for long course
