Running Festival – cyclists needed
Orange Running Festival is on 6th March 2022 and they need our help.
Judith Tarleton and the committee are looking for a bike rider to lead each race. Four riders are needed to cover the 5km, 10km, 21.1km and 42.2kms distances. You only need to ride the course in front of the first runner and each of the events are on closed roads.
The four events on Sunday start from Gosling Creek and head up Forest Road – taking in Orchard Road, Forest Reefs Road and Spring Terrace Road – depending on the distance, and return. You would need to arrive at Gosling Creek at least 30-45min before the start to collect a marshalling vest and instructions.
Start times:
Marathon – 7:00am
Half Marathon – 7:30am
10kms – 9:15am
5kms – 10:30am
