Triathlon Australia – membership renewals
TA are currently in the process of transitioning to our new portal, which means Active is no longer available. If you need to access your membership details in the meantime, you can get in touch with the Triathlon Australia membership team.
Both membership renewals and new memberships for the 2021/2022 membership season will open from June 1 and the 2021/2022 membership season will commence from July 1 2021.
How and when can I renew?
Triathlon Australia will send you more information about renewing very soon. You’ll get access to the new Triathlon Australia member portal from June 1, so you can login to renew before your membership expires on June 30 2021. Renewing your membership will be simple – you’ll just need to login to your account in the new portal (TA will send you your new username & access code), check your profile, review your membership package and process your renewal.
If you’re a club member, you will be able to renew your club, State and Triathlon Australia membership all together. Your club will have been set up in the new Triathlon Australia system, and assigned as your club membership option, ready for you to renew.
Will my membership type change to one of the new packages?
Your membership will be pre-loaded in your account for renewals and you’ll be set up with a new core membership package which is equivalent to your previous member type – maintaining the same or comparable level of benefits and cover. If there’s another membership option which better suits your needs, you’ll also be able to change your package when you renew.
Can I auto-renew my membership?
While TA transition to the new platform, members won’t be able to auto renew their membership. You will need to login and manually renew your membership in the new portal before July 1. With that being said, you will be able to set up your auto renewal in your new profile for the 2022/2023 membership season.
