Big Training Day
Well the weather was its usual BTD special but there were still some intrepid Triathletes braved the elements along with Dan the Shepp and Justin taking some great shots. There was a mix of the old and the new with Jess and Twisty leading the brigade ably supported by Jake and Greg and first timers Brigitte, Judy, Amy and Megan .
Layers were the order of the day , at times you felt like the Michelin man and feet and fingers were numb from the start. Melissa, Steph and Tracey blitzed those hills and then ran very hard.
