Interclub Week! Starts with Cowra on Sun 21 Jan

The rain in December brought the Cowra Interclub to this Sunday, 21 Jan. It is a crowded calendar this season and so we had little choice but to have this Sunday. We also have the Bathurst Interclub on Australia Day. A big Interclub Week!

Cowra Interclub is on this Sunday 21st January!!! Cowra Aquatic Centre and Twigg Oval as per last year! Registrations open at 7.30am and kids racing will kick off at 8am!
Program for the day:
8am kids course
Swim (across big pool/length of little pool), 600m ride, 400m run
8am Beginners Course
50m swim, 2km bike ride & 800m run
8.30am Enticer race
200m swim, 9km ride & 2km run
9.30am Interclub course
(competitors must be over 15years)
2km run, 200m swim, 9km ride, 200m swim, 9km ride & 2km run
Points are gained by Triathlon clubs for all competitors in the Enticer & Interclub events
Adults $20 (members) $25 (non members)
Kids $7 (members) $12 (non members)
Please note these prices include the cost of your pool entry so if you hold a season ticket at the pool please let us know and we will not charge pool entry
A BBQ will be provided on the day. Bacon & egg rolls, drinks & fruit (free for competitors)
