Race Report – Audi Centre Orange Aquathon – 5 November 2015
Heavy rain didn’t dampen the spirits of 49 hardy athletes for the opening event of the Audi Centre Orange Aquathon series at the Orange Aquatic Centre. Play was held up for 20 minutes for lightning to pass, and then it was on for four races across different distances. The smiles on faces at the finish line showed it was all worth it. The next race is Thu 12 Nov with rego at 5:30pm, and races at 6pm and 6.20pm. Invite your friends – you need to pay pool entry, and then if you’re a member of OCTC, no charge, and only $5 for non members.
