Three races – starting 6.00pm, 6:30pm and 6:50pm.
Meet at the tri shed at 5:30pm and rack your bike or help others rack theirs.
Do 1,2 or all 3. Short distances in either Triathlon or Duathlon format.
Distances:
Swim – 50m (to the nearest buoy)
Bike – 4.4km (2 laps of 2.2km circuit)
Run – 800m – on the gravel/lake
Duathlon option (800m/4.4km/800m)
