Sun 05 Nov: Club Duathlon @ Gosling Creek
We’re excited for our next event this Sunday at Gosling Creek (meet at our tri shed) with our internal duathlons and first external duathlon of the season.
Format:
0715: Set up: (run is on gravel path, internal bike is on big loop 2.2km). Everyone is encouraged to arrive early and help with setup.
0800: Zoom: Run 500m / Ride 2.2km (1 big loop) / Run 500m
0815: Super Sprint: Run 2km / Ride 8.8km (4 big loops) / Run 1km
0900: Sprint: Run 3km / Ride 22km (external ‘Airport Loop’) / Run 2km
Please let us know if you need a loan bike with your estimated bike frame size (or your height in cm) at octc@octc.org.au. We have a 54cm bike available.
We would like people to register early as we will experiment with a new timing system. If you are big on data please still bring your watch!

For non club members – $5 for Zoom, $15 for supersprint and $30 for the sprint. Maximum 3 races for non members.
