OCTC October Club Triathlon
Distances:
Midgets – 25m wade / 400m bike / 200m run
Juniors – 50m swim / 1.6km bike / 400m run
Short internal – 200m swim / 4.5km bike / 1.6km run
- All internal of the lake grounds, suits very beginner triathletes not confident riding on the road
Short external – 200m swim / 6km bike / 1.6km run
- Suits beginner triathletes, the bike is on the open public road to Canobolas Road turn around and back
Enticer – 400m swim / 10km bike / 2.5km run
- Suits moderate triathletes, the swim is a 200m out and back loop which brings you out onto the beach, which you do twice, the bike is to the Tea House and return and 1 lap run around the lake
Sprint – 750m swim / 20km bike / 5km run
- Suits moderate to advanced triathletes, a 750m swim in the middle of the lake, 2 laps of the bike course to Tea House and 2 laps of the run around the lake
