Race distances:
9am – Junior (12+) – 125m Swim, 4km Ride(MTB off Road), 1km Run
9:40am – Super Sprint – 125m Swim, 9km Ride & 2km Run
9:30am – Sprint – 500m Swim, 18km Ride & 4km Run
All competitors and spectators must check in with club QR Code and be double vaccinated to participate to part of community sport. This event is being run under current NSW Health orders and with a COVIDsafe plan in place.
Event check – in from 8:30am at club marquee, juniors race starts from 9am. Briefing for all competitors at 9:15am.
Please bring your own water bottle and other supplies. Sunscreen and hand sanitiser will be available at event check in area.
